Wilhelm laid out a bet of 900,000 on the Q♠5♦4♥ flop, and Bang-Ortmann let go of his hand.
After a short break for the heads-up pictures and in the second hand of the heads-up itself, Daniel Bang-Ortmann raised to 500,000 on the button and Sascha Wilhelm called out of the big blind. The J♣9♥7♣ flop saw Wilhelm with a check-call for 600,000 and he did so again for 800,000 on the 9♣ turn.
Once the 10♥ river completed the board, Wilhelm opted for a bet worth 1,200,000. Bang-Ortmann went into the tank and one 30-second timer ran down. He only used one time bank before the Dane folded eventually.
Cards are back in the air with 20 minutes remaining of the current level
Players have gone on a short break before the heads-up battle begins.
Filippo Ragone raised to 750,000 from the small blind and Sascha Wilhelm potted it from the big blind to put Ragone all in. Ragone called for his remaining 650,000 and the cards were revealed.
Filippo Ragone: J♣10♠9♦6♦
Sascha Wilhelm: K♦7♣7♠3♦
Ragone was the clear short-stack of the final three, so he needed to win this to remain seated in the tournament.
The 6♥2♦4♥ flop gave Ragone a pair of sixes. Both players picked up flush draws on the 8♦ turn, and the 10♦ gave them both a flush. Wilhelm's flush was the biggest, meaning the pot went over to him and Ragone was out in third.
Sascha Wilhelm limped the small blind and called a raise to 600,000 by Daniel Bang-Ortmann. On the A♠K♥6♥ flop, Wilhelm check-called for 400,000 and they checked the 8♣ on the turn. Wilhelm bet the A♦ river for 1,150,000 and Bang-Ortmann folded.
"You have two million?" Wilhelm asked Filippo Ragone, who was in the big blind next and the Italian nodded.
Wilhelm raised the button to 500,000 and Ragone called. Following the A♦A♥9♠ flop, Ragone check-folded when Wilhelm bet 250,000 to then turn around to his Italian rail and say something along with "double suited".
Daniel Bang-Ortmann raised to 500,000 under the gun and only Vitaliy Kryza called from the big blind.
A flop of 3♠Q♣J♦ came down and Kryza started out with a check. Bang-Ortmann bet the pot for 1,375,000, and after burning through all of his time banks, Kryza jammed for 1,900,000. Bang-Ortmann quickly called.
Vitaliy Kryza: A♥K♠10♠3♦
Daniel Bang-Ortmann: J♠10♦10♥9♦
Bang-Ortmann managed to improve to the nut straight on the 8♦ turn to have Kryza one card away from elimination. The 3♣ river didn't change anything and Kryza was out of the tournament in fourth place.
Daniel Bang-Ortmann raised to 500,000 on the button and Sascha Wilhelm came along from the big blind to the 10♣7♠4♣ flop, on which he led for 350,000 and Bang-Ortmann called.
After the Q♠ turn, Wilhelm bet the pot and called when Bang-Ortmann got his last 3,500,000 into the middle.
Daniel Bang-Ortmann: A♠Q♦10♥4♠
Sascha Wilhelm: Q♣7♦6♣3♠
Wilhelm had turned the worse two pair but had a flush draw and gutshot to go with it. Neither came on the 9♦ river for Bang-Ortmann to double once again.
Level: 33

Sascha Wilhelm raised the button to 400,000 and Daniel Bang-Ortmann defended the big blind. On the 9♥9♣4♣ flop, the Dane checked and Wilhelm bet 350,000. Bang-Ortmann used one time bank and folded.
Wilhelm then made it 400,000 to go first to act and Filippo Ragone called in the big blind. The 9♦7♠6♦ flop and Q♦ turn were checked. Ragone also checked the 3♠ river and then folded when Wilhelm bet 400,000.
