Luske and Lingren Among Day 2 Bags In $3k PLO Mystery Bounty

At the end of Day 1c of the Wynn Summer Classic $3,000 Pot Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty, the event had his exactly 1,100 entries for a total prize pool of $2,992,000.

Veerachai Vongxaiburana currently sits at the top of the chip counts going into Day 2. He bagged 1,988,000 in chips while Diego Alonso Romero Guimaray bagged 1,315,000 in second place.

Tyler Brown took a very close third with 1,283,000.

The $2 million guarantee and the excitement of the mystery bounty format brought some big names to the table.

Among the 136 players who found a bag for Day 2 across the three Day 1 flights were notables like Marcel Luske (745,000), Leonid Yanovski (444,000), Ryan Moriarty (276,000), Jean Kabbaj (130,000), Erick Lindgren (52,000), and Sean Troha (44,000).

Day 2 begins at 1:00 p.m. on July 4, when the remaining players will play down to a winner.

Enright and Fuchs In Top Ten of $1,100 H.O.R.S.E. After Day 1

Day 1 of the $1,100 H.O.R.S.E. event at the Wynn Summer Classic ended with 25 players remaining from an initial field of 128 entries. This put $123,520 in the pot, smashing the $50,000 guarantee.

David Rivera ended the day with 485,000, making him the event's chip leader. Behind him was Dave Stann with 405,000.

In third place was Barbara Enright (361,000), who rounded out the podium positions.

Carol Fuchs, another mixed game specialist, finished the day with 292,000, the sixth biggest stack.

These players will be back for Day 2 at midday local time tomorrow, when the event will reconvene to play down to a winner.

Jesse Cardoza Gets it Done in $1,100 NLH

Thursday's $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em ($250,000 guaranteed) had a field of 361 entrants and a prize pool that reached $351,975.

The top six players agreed to a chop, with California's Jesse Cardoza coming out victorious for $50,079. Ali Marei was the runner-up for $37,504, while a player who wanted to remain anonymous took third place and $35,754.

Kevin Madar was the fourth-place finisher ($32,965), and Jimmy Kebe was eliminated in sixth place for $31,968. Michelle Mcleod was also part of the chop, receiving $30,252 for sixth place.

Vidar Oeie Takes the NLH Turbo Title

Last night's $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo event had a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool, but registration closed with nearly $200,000 in the pot. Par for the course at the 2026 Wynn Summer Classic.

The player who took home the largest percentage of the prize pool was Vidar Oeie, who won it for $45,891. Oeie beat Vegas local David Patlan heads-up for the trophy. Don't feel too bad for Patlan, he still went home with $28,372, the second-biggest payout out of the 201-player field inside Wynn Las Vegas.

Tyler Dietz finished in third place for $20,693, followed by Dirk Langer winning $15,479 for fourth place, and Je Oh collecting $11,437 for fifth place.

The Fourth of July is just a day away, but the fireworks are starting early at the Wynn Summer Classic.

Three events — two new ones — will take place today at Wynn Las Vegas. We'll start the action at noon PT with the two-day $1,100 HORSE tournament, a competition for the mixed games enthusiasts. There is a guaranteed $50,000 minimum prize pool in this one.

At 1 p.m., it's Day 1c of the $3,000 Mystery Bounty, which is inching towards the $2 million guarantee. And then at 6 p.m., the traditional $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo event with $100,000 guaranteed.

The great Shiina Okamoto, winner of back-to-back WSOP Ladies Championship events (2024, 2025), almost won another poker tournament on Thursday night.

The Japanese poker star from Tokyo entered the $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo event at the Wynn Summer Classic, a tournament with $100,000 guaranteed and $162,825 in the prize pool from 167 entries, Okamoto finished in third place for $17,899.

John Ypma was the biggest winner in the tournament, taking home $41,753 and the Wynn trophy for winning the tournament. Ypma defeated Jordan Sparagana, who earned $25,072, heads-up for the title.

Quoc Le Wins $250k GTD NLH Event

Last night's $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em with $250,000 guaranteed had 294 entrants and $286,650 in the prize pool.

There were 35 players who were paid, but none received a bigger chunk of the pot than Quoc Le, who won the tournament at the Wynn Summer Classic for $58,460.

Le defeated Randall Cummins heads-up to earn the trophy on Wednesday night. Cummins didn't get the trophy, but he still took home $39,475. Matias Rubiolo was the third-place finisher, which was good for $23,761.

Three events make up the schedule for Thursday's Wynn Summer Classic action. Two of the tournaments are one-day events, and the other kicked off on Wednesday.

To start things off, at noon PT, it's the $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em, which promises at least $250,000 in the pot. This tournament has become a popular staple at Wynn Las Vegas during the series.

At 1 p.m., it's Day 1b in the $3,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty. There will be at least $2,000,000 in the prize pool (bounties included) by the time registration closes during Friday's Day 1c session.

The final tournament of the day will be, as per usual at 6 p.m., the $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo, with $100,000 guaranteed.
