Andreas Hoivold was a Norwegian poker player who won the 2007 PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) Dortmund Main Event.
Hoivold enjoyed more than 30 cashes at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and had $1,931,736 in live poker tournament earnings.
Newspaper reports in Hoivold's native Norway stated that the Norwegian Poker Association Hall of Famer had been suffering with ill health, and that he died of organ failure on June 17, 2026.
