Mike McDonald limped from the small blind and Phil Ivey checked from the big blind to see a flop of

turn. McDonald checked for a third time on the 
river and Ivey slowed down by doing the same.
As last aggressor, Ivey was first to show and tabled the 
for eights and threes. It was no good though as McDonald held the
