Neuville Hooked From the Tournament

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Pierre Neuville was all in before the flop with {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} and had been called by {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}.

Neuville was out of his seat and ready to go as the cards ran out {10-Spades}{2-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}.

Holz and Dion at it Again

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Yann Dion raised to 800 from under the gun and called the three-bet of Fedor Holz to see the flop of {8-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {5-Diamonds}. Dion check-called a bet of 1,400 and then folded to the next barrel worth 2,200 after the {3-Spades} turn. The Canadian had already built up a little stack prior to this action though.

O'Dea Splits with Aces; Still Up

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante
Eoghan O'Dea
Eoghan O'Dea

In a previous hand to the four-way flop of {3-Clubs} {7-Hearts} {5-Clubs} flop, one opponent bet 1,400 and Eoghan O'Dea moved all in for 9,100 and Dylan Linde called before the original aggressor moved all in. Linde folded and the {A-Spades} {A-Hearts} of O'Dea had an unlucky chop against {A-Clubs} {7-Clubs} after the {6-Diamonds} turn and the {4-Spades} river.

Shortly after, O'Dea raised to 700 and got called by Mihails Morozovs and Christopher Brammer to the {J-Clubs} {10-Spades} {5-Spades} flop. The action was checked to Morozovs and he bet 1,250, which only O'Dea called. The {9-Hearts} turn got checked through and O'Dea's bet of 2,400 on the {A-Spades} river was called by Morozovs. The Latvian mucked when he was shown {K-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} by the Irish.

Mooney Eclipsed

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Geoffrey Mooney got the last of his chips in the middle on the flop of {j-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{7-Clubs} and got called by Roman Pavliuk.

Money had {k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} but the two pair {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts} of Paviluk was better.

The turn {8-Diamonds} and river {5-Spades} saw Mooney head for the exit.

Super Soshnikov

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Straight after winning €208,150 in the Super High Roller today, Ivan Soshnikov has jumped into the Main Event.

It isn’t going too well so far as he seems to have lost over half his stack.

Oleksii Khoroshenin
Oleksii Khoroshenin

In a four-bet pot between EPT Vienna champion Oleksii Khoroshenin and Connor Drinan, where both players committed 5,100 chips preflop, the rest of the {7-Hearts} {K-Clubs} {2-Spades} {K-Hearts} {J-Hearts} board was checked down. Khoroshenin showed {A-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds} and Drinan was delighted to see that, as he had the same hand in {A-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}. Split pot!
