Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Marc Negron open-shoved into Thien Doan who called it off for the last 22,500 in the big blind.

Thien Doan: {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Marc Negron: {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}

After the {10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts} flop, Doan asked for a nine and his wish was instantly granted with the {9-Diamonds} turn, which made the {9-Spades} river a formality.

Eijo Santos Wins In Showdown

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Just before their table broke, Marvin Herrman bet the {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{4-Hearts}{a-Clubs} river for 15,000. He picked up a call by Francisco Eijo Santos and flashed a {k-}{10-} for a few seconds but Eijo Santos had the best of it with {2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} for a full house.

The biggest stack on the table certainly belonged to Rosalie Petit as all parted ways to balance the shrinking field.
