Keating Gone

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Play folded to Alex Keating in the cutoff seat, and he raised to 25,000. In the small blind, Numit Agrawal reraised to 74,000.

"Alex," shouted Upeshka De Silva from the payout desk a few feet away from Keating's table. "I'm out."

"Aww, man, nice run," Keating said as they action at his table moved back to him.

"I got your stuff, do you want it?" De Silva asked.

"OK, nice," Keating said. "Yeah... I was going to ask if you could wait until the next break, but that's too long. Can you just bring it here and I'll keep it here?"

"Sure," De Silva said.

"How much is it?' Keating asking, turning his attention back to his table.

The dealer confirmed the three-bet amount as 74,000 to Keating.

"Actually, just wait because I might go out here," Keating said to De Silva.

Keating then thought about it for a few moments before he announced that he was all in for around 450,000. Agrawal quickly called.

"Yikes," reacted Keating with the {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}.

Agrawal had the {A-Spades}{K-Spades}.

The board ran out {7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{4-Spades}, and that was it for Keating. Although the chips were very close, Agrawal had him covered and Keating was eliminated. He linked up with De Silva, collected his ticket, and headed out of the room.
