Igor Devkin is the Rocky Balboa of this final table.
The 23-year old professional poker player is one of three Russians to make it to the final table, and he is playing in only his second-ever World Poker Tour event.
Devkin is an online heads-up cash game player, which probably accounts for his lack of live tournament scores. The Russian moved over the one million-chip mark in Level 22 after eliminating Abbas Morady in 15th place. Devkin turning trip fours on
