The community cards were already rushed away but the table confirmed that Sorel Mizzi had just busted and it was Jean-Philippe Piquette who claimed his chips. Mizzi raised and then four-bet shoved with pocket kings only to see the fellow Canadian snap-call with the only better hand in Texas Hold'em ... . No help on the board and Mizzi was out.

Nikolay Tsanev raised from early position and Artur Voskanyan three-bet before the Bulgarian moved all in with the superior stack. Voskanyan called off for his last 82,600 with {Q-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts} and won the coin flip against {A-Clubs} {K-Diamonds} on a board of {9-Spades} {J-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} {6-Hearts} {3-Spades}.

Troyanovskiy Shows

Vladimir Troyanovskiy raised from under the gun and got called by Steve Watts. On the {3-Spades} {6-Diamonds} {7-Spades} flop the Russian continued for 4,200 and Watts called. The same story repeated on the {3-Clubs} turn for 7,000 and Troyanovskiy then shoved the {9-Spades} river for 17,200. Watts was trying to get any information from his opponent and said in table chat he had pocket fours.

Ultimately, the former footballer mucked his cards and Troyanovskiy showed him both hole cards including the {9-Clubs}.

Jean-Philippe Piquette was all in for 42,000 with {A-Spades} {7-Diamonds} and got called by an opponent with {A-Clubs} {J-Clubs}. The Canadian improved on the {6-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} {8-Spades} flop and stayed ahead after the {9-Diamonds} turn and the {9-Spades} river as well.

Quads for Naydenov

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Tom Hall raised to 4,800 and Simeon Naydenov three-bet to 13,000 before Sorel Mizzi clicked it to 23,500 from the button. Hall folded but Naydenov made the call and they saw the heads-up flop of {A-Spades} {A-Clubs} {5-Diamonds}. Naydenov bet 18,500 and was called before betting another 24,500 after the {A-Diamonds} on the turn.

The river card was the {5-Hearts} and Naydenov checked, Mizzi checked behind and instantly mucked when the Bulgarian showed him {A-Hearts} {J-Diamonds}.

Wrong Timing for McAllister

After two limps, Phillip McAllister moved all in for the rest of his stack with {K-} {7-} and Salvatore Pepi looked him up with {A-} {K-}. There was no help on the board and the field has been reduced to 57, the payouts are only 30 spots away. At the end of this level, there will be a 60-minute dinner break.

Hunichen Knocks out Kotas

Jakub Kotas raised to 4,200 on the button and was called by both Manuel Sanchez Morito and Chris Hunichen in the blinds. On the {2-Clubs} {7-Diamonds} {10-Spades} flop, the action was checked to Kotas and he bet 6,500. Sanchez Morito raised to 14,000 and Hunichen now reraised to 23,100.

Kotas moved all in for 91,000 and Sanchez Morito tanked for a while before letting go his cards. Hunichen almost folded but then changed his mind and called with {10-Clubs} {6-Spades}. The Czech only had {8-Clubs} {9-Clubs} for the straight draw and couldn't improve anymore with the {A-Diamonds} turn and {2-Diamonds} river as final community cards.
