Jeremy Ausmus has already proven he's not a one-hit wonder as he now has 28 WSOP cashes and a bracelet to his name. Earlier this summer he took second in the $10,000 NLHE six-handed tournament for $414,104. He's back in action here today looking to add to those totals.

We get to the table and there is a flop of 
with 300 in chips each in front of Phil Laak and the opponent to his immediate left. The dealer raked in the chips and put out a turn of 
. Laak led out for 600 and was called. The river was the 
and this time Laak bet 1,500. His opponent thought for a moment before releasing his hand.
In 2011, Laak took fourth place in the $5,000 version of this event, taking home $133,377 for that finish. He's looking to add to the $1.049 million in career WSOP earnings he has thus far with a deep run in this event.

They keep filing in. When the tournament started there were just over 500 entrants. It's now up to 752. Registration is open until the end of the dinner break (right before the start of Level 7), so that number should approach the 900+ that the event has had the last two years.
