Pot-Limit Omaha

Craig Chait got all his money in there in PLO with {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs} against the {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{6-Clubs} of Jason Daly after {3-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flopped. The {9-Spades} turn brought a mighty sweat for Chait but a {2-Diamonds} river filled him up for a double.

Friedman Gets Revenge

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

Adam Friedman and Chris Vitch had built a pot of about 6,000 when Vitch bet 4,000 from the big blind on {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. Friedman made it 12,000 and Vitch called. The river was a {7-Diamonds} and Vitch checked. Friedman said he was all in but the dealer corrected him and told him he could only bet 29,650. That still looked to cover Vitch, who folded moments later.

"Just because you showed me a bluff last year," Friedman said with a grin, turning over {a-Diamonds}{a-}{j-}{j-}.

Bohlman Chipping Up

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

Pot-Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

From under the gun, Shawn Buchanan raised to 1,200 and Scott Bohlman called next to act, as did John Hennigan in the cutoff, and Scott Horowitz in the big blind.

Horowitz drew three, while the other three players all drew two.

Horowitz and Buchanan checked, Bohlman tossed in a pink 5,000-denomination chip an uttered an inaudible bet amount while Hennigan folded. Horowitz and Buchanan soon sent their cards flying to the muck, and Bohlman collected the pot.

Pot-Limit Omaha

Felipe Ramos opened for 1,500 and got a call from Bryce Yockey in the cutoff before Craig Chait made it 6,750 to go on the button. Ramos folded and Yockey called, and they saw a {j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} flop that checked through. The turn was the {a-Clubs} and Yockey check-called 11,500. The river: {4-Hearts}. Yockey jammed for 25,475 effective.

After a few minutes in the tank and some conversation we couldn't hear, Chait released.

"I didn't have the ace of hearts, but I knew you didn't have the nut flush draw," Yockey said. "So, I didn't have to worry about that."

"I had the ace of hearts," Chait replied.

Pot-Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

After the first draw, Eric Kurtzman found himself all in for his last 42,000 against Eli Elezra.

Elezra stood pat, and Kurtzman drew one. On the final draw, Elezra again stood pat, and Kurtzman drew one.

Elezra: {8-}{7-}{5-}{4-}{3-}
Kurtzman: {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}

Kurtzman would need a five or a deuce to stay alive, and when he squeezed the {10-}, he was eliminated from the tournament.
