Flores Holds for a Double

Level 32 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Terry Morrison ripped all in for a little over 2,000,000 in early position and David Flores stuck in the last of his 1,665,000 on the button. The blinds folded and the two hands were tabled.

David Flores: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}
Terry Morrison: {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Flores held a dominating position but the flop of {j-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} provided some chop outs. The {2-Diamonds} on the turn changed nothing and the {a-Clubs} on the river gave both players two pair, but Flores had the better kicker to double up. Morrison was left with just a couple big blinds and was eliminated in the next hand.
