Four players were all-in before the flop. Jerry Li opened, Shinryo Nonin announced all-in for almost 300,000, David Miscikowski, with a big stack reshoved, before Kelley Slay put his last chips into the middle, and Jerry Li also called.

Many players gathered around the table to see the incoming board. The dealer put a {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} flop on the table, giving a huge advantage for Li. The {k-Diamonds} turn and the {4-Hearts} river completed that board, but it did not change anything: Slay and Nonin were eliminated, and Li collected that huge pot with trips queens.
