Steven Spunt opened to 60,000 with J♠6♠ in the small blind, picking up a call by Nicholas Rigby with the 2♥2♦. A first barrel for 50,000 was called by Rigby, who came along on the 3♥ turn as well when Spunt bet another 125,000.
Spunt checked the 6♦ river and almost snap-called a hefty bet of 500,000 by Rigby before he noticed the sizing. One minute later, Spunt made the call and was shown the bad news.
A player opened to 50,000 in early position before Joe Hachem three-bet to 150,000. Bill Klein four-bet all-in from the small blind for 605,000, forcing the original raiser out and Hachem snap-called.
"Run it twice?" asked Bill Klein as both hands were tossed on their backs.

It was the classic coin flip as the board ran out 9♥5♦4♠7♠4♦, for Klein's eights to hold, and the dealer refused to run it a second time.
Poetically, four more hands will be played before the end of Day 4 will be reached.
After an open in early position to 40,000 called by the hijack and by Raj Vohra in the cutoff, Samuel Bifarella in the big blind made a squeeze to 205,000. Neither the initial raiser nor Vohra seemed to worry after this bet, as they both called.
On the 2♥J♦8♥ flop, Bifarella bet 275,000. The player in early position quickly folded, but Vohra seemed interested. For a minute, he counted his stack and was on the edge of calling a few times. However, he eventually folded.
"I have a pocket pair," he said to justify his thought process. But he let the pot go to Bifarella, who approaches the end of the day with 1,400,000 chips.
In a preflop flip for around 30 big blinds, Italy's Demetrio Caminita was the player at risk but ahead versus Steven Spunt.

The J♦7♦3♠Q♥A♠ board delivered the final blow via ace on the river to knock out Caminita.
With Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier's seat empty, his former table recounted his bust house hand.
Grospellier was short-stacked for most of the remaining level and eventually moved all in for his remaining chips from the cutoff. Adam Grovenstein in the big blind called.

The board ran out with no help for Grospellier. The pocket eights of Grovenstein held and "ElkY" was sent to the rail.
In a duel of shorter stacks, Johannes Lehner looked up Albert Calderon in the cutoff on the left side feature table.

There were plenty of red cards on the A♠5♦2♥6♥4♥ board but Calderon held onto his lead for the late double.
Jason Somerville opened to 70,000 out of the small blind with the A♥J♣ and Joshua Payne called with the 5♦5♣ in the big blind. Somerville bet his top pair on the A♦Q♠5♥ flop for 75,000 to receive a call and the 6♠ followed on the turn.
Somerville slowed down and checked as Payne bet 200,000 with 405,000 behind. The call by Somerville led them to the 3♦ river on which he checked once more. Payne bet 385,000 with one big blind behind.
Deep in the tank, Somerville eventually folded to avoid further damage to his stack.
Jonathan Dimmig had previously been eliminated from the table and was replaced by Chris Brewer.
