In a three-bet pot with roughly 5,000 chips in the middle, small blind Jamie Nixon and cutoff Alexey Shabaldin were looking at a flop of K♦5♥10♣.
Both players checked the flop, but on the turn Q♠, Nixon put out a bet of 2,000, which Shabaldin called.
The river brought the 6♣, and when Nixon continued for 3,800, Shabaldin folded and Nixon pulled in an early pot.
