Pomjun Cha earned the dubious distinction of being the first player to buy in a bust out of the event the maximum three times.

On one of his bullets, it took Cha all of six minutes for him to bust, pack and move to another table, and get knocked out again.

Longtime pro David Williams joins him among the early three-and-outs, along with Justin Fawcett, who won the $600 Ultra Stack event on Wednesday.

Accepted Action?

Level 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Jorge Ufano bet the pot on the turn with the board reading: J285]. Dien Le, believing Ufano was all in, made the call and turned his cards over.

Ufano, who hadn't gotten his change back from the bet, turned his over too.

Jorge Ufano: Q1092All in
Dien Le: AK109

The 6 came on the river, giving Le an ace-high flush. There was no betting on the river.

Ufano stopped the pot-push to ask for his change. Le challenged.

The floor was called and ruled that since Ufano turned his cards over, the all-in that wasn't was "accepted action," and he was knocked out of the event.
