The flop showed A♠8♣8♦ and Bruno Soutavong check-called a bet of 6,500 by Shawn Savage which led them to the 7♥ on the turn. Both players checked to the Q♦ river on which Soutavong led for 16,000. Savage raised it up to 51,000 and Soutavong reluctantly folded.

"Finally I win a f*cking hand against you," Savage told Soutavong who showed no reaction while several players at the table chuckled. Savage is near the very top of the leaderboard right now.
