Tabet Tumbles Early to Dinh
Level 1
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
In one of the first hands of the day, Charles Tabet went head-to-head with Andy Dinh.
Tabet was in the small blind and against Dinh in the cutoff, and the pair were already looking at the 7♥3♠9♥4♣9♣ board. The pot had already swelled to around 9,000, and Dinh had asked for 12,800 on the river.
Action was on Tabet to make the call, and as he lifted his chips across the line, Dinh tabled his Q♦9♦ for the set of nines, which was enough to make Tabet muck his hand and pass a sizable chunk of his stack across the table.
