Meisser Came for Beaupre's Change
Shortly after Meisser knocked down Beaupre to just a handful of chips, the pair were caught in another battle.
Marco Meisser opened to 2,000 from early position and Matheus Grazziotin called from the hijack. Shawn Beaupre moved all in for his last 1,400 from the cutoff and the players went three-ways to the 4♥10♠J♦ flop.
Both non-all-in players snap checked to the 9♣ turn and Meisser bet 1,500. Grazziotin stuck around and paid to see the Q♦ complete the board and Meisser asked for around 2,000. Grazziotin went into the tank and meanwhile Beaupre was sitting patiently waiting to see his fate.
Grazziotin eventually made the call and Meisser showed his king-queen for the straight. Grazziotin flahsed his hand to his neighbor and then pushed his cards across the table face down and into the muck.
Shawn Beaupre: XxXx
Matheus Grazziotin: 8♠7♣
Marco Meisser: K♣Q♠
Another player at the table picked up the cards and flipped over Grazziotin's hand as if you show one you show all revealing he had the smaller straight. Beaupre pushed his hand towards the dealer and his cards stayed face down, and he was quietly eliminated from the tournament.
