Makino Pounces on Turn

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Fumiyoshi Makino opened to 800 from early position. Matthew Kramer called from middle position before John Brown joined with a call from the hijack. Carlos Pou defended his big blind as a crowd took a flop together.

The 982 flop led to no bidding as everyone checked.

It checked to Brown on the K turn, who bet 1,400. Pou made the call, but Makino was interested in more as he chose to check-raise to 6,200.

Makino's check-raise cleared everyone else out as he took down the pot on the turn.
