Evan Sandberg raised in the hijack, Jeffrey Vaughn three-bet from the small blind, and Christopher Smith called cold in the big blind. Sandberg also came along, after which the drawing action went one, two, one.
It checked to Sandberg after the first draw, and he bet. Each of his opponents took one card on the second draw, with Sandberg remaining pat behind.
The same betting action took place after the draw, after which the same number of cards were drawn as well. It then checked to showdown, where Vaughn claimed the win with 8x6x5x4x2x.
"If you play like that on the bubble, you deserve the win," Sandberg laughed as the pot was shipped to Vaughn.
