Dovzhenko fired a continuation-bet of 850,000 on the A♦6♥J♥ flop, and Song jammed for 3,725,000. Dovzhenko snap-called.

Dovzhenko's top pair was in the lead against Song's flush draw. Song found instant service on the K♥ turn, improving to a flush and leaving Dovzhenko drawing dead.
An irrelevant 2♣ completed the runout, and Song survived, keeping the tournament nine-handed.
Glen Clementi moved all in for 1,550,000 from under the gun and was called by Kevin Song in the small blind, who covered.

The 8♣ turn gave him a flush draw and the 5♠ river was just what he asked for to earn the double up.
Nancy Birnbaum raised to 650,000 from middle position and Paul McMullin jammed for 2,075,000 from the button. When the action got back to Birnbaum, she asked for an exact count and gave it some thought before making the call.

McMullin had the better hand with pocket jacks and found the perfect flop in the form of 5♥J♠2♦, taking a huge lead with a set.
McMullin's double-up was sealed after the 5♠ turn gave him a full house, making the 4♦ river a mere formality.
Kevin Song raised to 600,000 in middle position, Lionel Barracano three-bet jammed in the big blind for 3,425,000, and Song snap called with the covering stack.

The 4♥ appeared in the window, followed by the 2♦ and 6♦. Barracano filled up on the 2♣ turn, and the 8♠ rolled off on the river to secure him the double up.
Donald Briggs raised to 725,000 from under the gun and Micheal Dokell called from the big blind.
Upon seeing the A♣10♥Q♣ flop, Dokell led out for 500,000. Briggs came along with a call.
The 5♣ hit the turn, and Dokell led again, this time for 800,000. Briggs called before Dokell's chips had even hit the felt.
A 4♥ completed the board, and Dokell fired for 800,000 once more. Briggs snap-called and was shown Q♥10♠ for two pair. Dokell had that beat with A♠Q♦ for a bigger two pair, and he was awarded the pot.
