With three players calling in front of him, Jean-Robert Bellande raised to 18,500 in the big blind and only Chance Kornuth in the small blind called.

The flop rolled out 9♠4♠3♠ and Kornuth check-called a bet of 15,000 from Bellande.

Both players checked the turn 7♠ to the river 3♥ where Kornuth bet 25,000 and Bellande let out a sigh.

"Do you have aces?" asked Kornuth.

"I have kings," replied Bellande, "but a king of spades blocker."

After some more thought, Bellande called and mucked after seeing Kornuth turn over Q♦J♠2♠2♣ for a jack-high flush.
