Yokosawa Widens Gap Further

Level 16 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Martin Kabrhel limped in on the button with 44, and Masato Yokosawa checked his option with 32.

Yokosawa found a pair on the 6K3 flop, which was enough for him to check-call a bet of 4,000.

When the 3 hit the turn, Yokosawa switched gears, this time check-raising to 28,000 after Kabrhel had bet another 8,000.

"Emergency deuce", Kabrhel exclaimed when the 2 completed the board.

Undeterred, Yokosawa bet 26,000. Kabrhel responded with a chunky raise to 101,000, leaving just 80,000 behind. Yokosawa used a few time extensions before moving all in, asking Kabrhel to risk his tournament life. Kabrhel opted not to find a hero call and returned his cards to the dealer.
