Two hands later, Gonsalves opened to 800,000 on the button and Izquierdo defended his big blind. Izquierdo check-called a bet of 700,000 on the 2♣J♠4♦ flop, before action checked through to the river, with the board running out 3♠4♥. Izquierdo won the pot with A♥7♥ for ace-high.
