Four eliminations away from the money, Allen Kessler raised to 8,000 in the cutoff, leaving only 1,000 behind. Joseph Ritzie then put him all in from the small blind, and Kessler entered the tank.

"I'm afraid you have ace-king," Kessler admitted.

After about a minute of thought, Kessler decided he could not fold getting twenty-to-one, and he called off his last chip.

Heimiller and Joe took one, while Balan drew two. Joe then bet on the button, and Balan called in the cutoff.

Joe and Balan each drew one and checked the last two draws, while Heimiller stood pat. "I paired," Joe said, and Heimiller turned over 9x7x5x3x2x.

"Ah, man. I broke an 8-7," Joe said after seeing Heimiller's hand.

"That might've made me the money," Heimiller added as he tripled up.
