Koon Regains from Frank; Matakis Joins the Table

Phillipp Mellon limped from under the gun, and Jason Koon raised to 14,000 from middle position. Chris Frank called from the small blind, and Mellon topped up to take the players three-way to the 10♥3♦4♥ flop.
Frank bet 16,000 and only Koon called. The 4♠ river saw Frank check-call a 40,000 bet by Koon.
The 8♣ completed the board, and Frank checked. Koon used a time bank card before checking back, and Frank said, "I have nines," before showing his A♥9♥9♠5♠. Koon tabled his A♦Q♣10♠3♣ for two pair, which was enough to take the pot and regain some chips.
