Negreanu Gets Two Pots

Level 17 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Daniel Negreanu opened to 350,000 from middle position and Chris Frank called from the button. Negreanu check-called for 250,000 on the KQ9 flop, before the A turn and 10 river checked through to showdown. Negreanu tabled J987 for a king-high straight and Frank mucked.

Sergio Martinez Gonzalez and Artur Martirosian then took the next two pots preflop.

Martirosian then limped in from the cutoff before Yosuke Miki made it 450,000 from the button. Martirosian called. Miki called bets of 350,000 and 450,000 on the flop and turn, for the board to read 9865Q. Both players checked, and Martirosian's K998 was good for a set of nines. Miki returned his hand to the dealer.

On the next hand, Sean Winter raised to 350,000 from middle position before Negreanu three-bet to 1,150,000 from the small blind. Winter folded.
