Martirosian & Nagy Exchange Pots; Negreanu Folds

Level 14 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Artur Martirosian opened to 175,000 from the cutoff and Gergo Nagy called from the button. It checked through to the river where the board read J10869. Martirosian check-called a bet of 235,000, and mucked his hand after Nagy tabled AKJ9 for a flush.

As that hand played out, on the other table Daniel Negreanu was in a hand against Robert Cowen. There was 975,000 in the pot on the 6496J board. Negreanu, in the big blind, check-folded to a bet of 325,000.

Back on Martirosian's table, he raised to 175,000 again. Nagy was the only caller once more.

Nagy called bets of 175,000 and 450,000 on the flop and turn for the board to read K6485. Both players checked the river, where Martirosian's J964 was good for two pair. Nagy couldn't beat it and returned his cards to the dealer.

Kihara Doubles Up

Artur Martirosian raised from middle position. Naoya Kihara in the small blind moved all-in for 295,000 and Martirosian called.

Koon Runs Out of Chips in Two Hands

Jonathan Depa raised the pot to 175,000 and Jason Koon asked for the stack of Sean Winter one seat behind him before he called off a shorter stack in the cutoff. The other three players behind folded and they headed to the Q107 flop. Depa jammed for 285,000 and Koon quickly called.

"Top set," Depa said and revealed his AKQQ. Koon had a wrap with the KQJJ and got there on the 9 turn, as Depa already got up from his chair. However, the 9 river paired the board and Depa doubled to leave Koon on fewer than five blinds.

In the next hand, Koon raised the pot to 175,000 and then called all in when Chris Frank reraised behind.

The K52 flop vaulted Koon into the lead while the 9 turn gave Frank a full wrap, which completed with the J river.

"Okay, goodbye," Koon said, gathered his belongings and left.

Kihara moved all-in on a flop of J65 and Sternheimer called with the 580,000 he had behind.

Frank Folds Out Negreanu

Chris Frank and Daniel Negreanu called from the hijack and small blind. Sergio Martinez Gonzalez checked his option in the big blind.

It checked to Frank on the 987 flop, and he bet 50,000. Only Negreanu called.

Negreanu check-called for 225,000 on the 2 turn but check-folded to a bet of 950,000. on the A river.
