John Juanda opened to 30,000 in middle position, and Laurent Polito made the call in the cutoff. Russel Banzon slid in a call on the button, as did Rafi Dahan in the small blind. Qiao Du defended his big blind, and all five players checked the K♣10♣2♦ flop.
Another round of checks followed the 6♦ turn, and action checked around to Banzon on the 5♠ river. Banzon fired 100,000 into the middle, and Dahan quickly moved his covering stack all in.
Du, Juanda and Polito got out of the way, and Banzon stuck in the call. Dahan tabled A♣6♣ for a pair of sixes, while Banzon revealed 5♥5♦ for a set of fives to more than double his stack.
