Benson Drags One as JRB Needles

Gary Benson raised on the button and Frank Muir defended his big blind.

Muir drew two and check-called after Benson drew one.

Both took one on the second draw and the action checked through.

Once again both players drew one on the end and Muir led after peeling his final card, which Benson quickly called.

Muir announced a ten-seven Badugi and tabled his hand, and Benson took a moment before he revealed that he made a nine-six Badugi for the winner.

Jean-Robert Bellande, who had just been moved to the table, joked with Muir, "You sure thought you had the winner for a second there, huh?"

The table shared a laugh as Benson adds even more to his stack.
