"Too Many Outs" For Schaefer as Adato Doubles

Level 30 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Asaf Adato
Asaf Adato

Dennis Schaefer opened to 200,000 from under the gun and Asaf Adato shoved for 800,000 in the next seat. When it got back to Schaefer, he called.

Asaf Adato: AQ All in
Dennis Schaefer: KQ

Adato had the best of it, but did need to dodge a few more outs as Schaefer picked up a gutterball on the 94J flop. A 5 turn meant there were a fresh wave of outs that Adato needed to fade, but he managed to do so as the 9 river kept his ace-high in the lead.

"Too many outs," said Schaefer.

Leonardo Ludovisi opened to 200,000 from the button, and Mariusz Klabisch defended the big blind.

On the J52 flop, Klabisch check-raised to 410,000 versus a continuation bet of 175,000 from Ludovisi, who folded after a bit of thought.

Schaefer Keeps Building

Level 30 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Asaf Adato shoved from under the gun for 800,000 and got it through. Those extra chips didn't last long though, as he folded when Dennis Schaefer shoved the small blind in the next hand.

Schaefer then opened the button and stole the blinds from the two shorter-stacked players on his left, which put him over 5,000,000.

Klabisch Gets Three-Bet Jam Through

Level 30 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Leonardo Ludovisi opened to 200,000 from the cutoff, and received a call from Michal Schuh on the button, before Mariusz Klabisch three-bet jammed for 1,155,000 from the small blind.

Ludovisi quickly folded, but Schuh asked for a count. After being informed of the amount, and a short period of extra thought, Schuh folded.

Klabisch showed AK.

Schaefer's Set is Good

Level 29 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Dennis Schaefer opened to 160,000 in middle position and Leonardo Ludovisi called out of the small blind.

They went to a flop of 10J5 where Ludovisi checked and Schaefer bet 150,000. Ludovisi called to the 2 turn, where again he went into check-call mode when Schaefer bet 450,000.

A 7 on the river checked through, and Ludovisi showed a pair of jacks with AJ. That was no good, though, as Schaefer had a set of tens holding 1010 to win the pot.

Shaun Deeb Eliminated in 9th Place (€11,025)

Level 29 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

Michal Schuh opened to 160,000 from middle position, and was met with a three-bet jam to 1,075,000 from Shaun Deeb in the small blind.

Action back to Schuh, who asked for a count before calling.

Shaun Deeb: A10 All in
Michal Schuh: 88

It was off to the races, and Deeb missed the Q92 flop.

The 8 turn gave Schuh a set and left Deeb drawing to a jack, and it did not arrive on the 9 river.

Deeb's quest for a third bracelet of 2025 comes to an end.
