Schuh Says He Laid Down a Monster

Michal Schuh limped the button and Lukas Timko checked his option out of the big blind.

On the 1055 flop, Timko checked and Schuh fired 80,000. Timko then raised to 215,000, which Schuh called.

When the K dropped on the turn, Timko bet 310,000. and again Schuh came along to see the A land on the river. Not long after, Timko shoved for 825,000. sending Schuh into the tank.

Almost three minutes passed before Schuh eventually folded, earning Timko the pot.

"Name me a bluff," asked Timko.

"I can't, that's why I folded. I had a monster," replied Schuh.

In the first few hands of the final table, there has not been any significant action.

Shaun Deeb opened from middle position, and folded to a three-bet to 480,000 from Leonardo Ludovisi from the small blind.

Lukas Timko opened from under the gun, and Mariusz Klabisch defended the big blind.

Klabisch check-folded to a bet of 115,000 from Timko on the K53 flop.

Michal Schuh opened under the gun to 160,000 and then called the shove of Hans Thumann, who moved all in from the big blind for around 250,000.

Thumann had a shot to get back in the game, but the QJ6 flop was a huge blow to him as Schuh made top pair. A 4 on the turn left Thumann with one out as Schuh picked up a flush draw, which he completed on the 2 river.
