Harald Sammer opened to 5,000 from middle position and called when Yuxi Huang three-bet to 12,000 from the hijack.
Sammer check-called a bet of 8,000 on the A♥Q♣7♦ flop. The J♠ turn checked through to the 5♣ river.
As Sammer mulled over his options, Huang kept her eyes fixed on her opponent through her sunglasses. Her gaze dropped to Sammer’s hands as he shoved all in for around 68,000. Huang peeked back at her cards, then slid them to the dealer.
Marijn Degens opened to 5,500 from the cutoff and called when Mauricio Sanchez three-bet to 15,000 from the button.
Degens check-called for 14,000 on the 10♥7♦5♣ flop before the 9♥ turn checked through to the 2♦ river. Degens bet 40,000 and took down the pot.
Frank Brannan opened to 5,000 from middle position and was called by Ovidiu Sava from the next seat over. Kyle Miholich shoved for 47,000 from the cutoff before Felix Kuermayr four-bet jammed for 109,000 from the big blind. Brannan put in his stack of 58,500 and the cards were tabled.

Luka Vukovic under the gun raised to 17,500 and was called by both Pierre Calamusa in the hijack and Teemu Jaatinen on the button.
The dealer fanned a flop of 5♣2♦9♠ and Vukovic went all-in for his last 5,000. Calamusa called but folded to Jaatinen's raise to 32,000.

The K♣3♦ runout didn't change anything and Vukovic was eliminated.
Oskar Massesson opened to 5,000 from the hijack but saw Mustapha Kanit in the cutoff three-bet to 14,000. The button and the blinds folded and Massesson called.
Both players checked a flop of 6♣K♦5♥ leading to the 10♦ turn. Massesson bet 26,000 and was called.
The river card was the A♠ and after Massesson checked, Kanit bet 60,000. Massesson raised all-in for 270,000 and Kanit went into the tank.
He eventually made the call with his last 39,000 and A♥10♣ for two pair but ran into Massesson's straight with Q♣J♣.
Kanit quickly re-entered and sat at one of the feature tables.
Eduardo Pereira on the button moved all-in for 9,500 and was called by 2022 WSOP Main Event champion Espen Jorstad who opened from the hijack.
