Ivacson Wins Three-Bet Pot

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Stefan Dimitrov raised from the button and Attila Ivacson three-bet to 1,500 from the big blind, which Dimitrov called.

The flop came JJ6 and Ivacson made a continuation bet of 1,700. Dimitrov called and the turn came the 8. Ivacson then switched to a check and Dimitrov took the initiative with a bet of 2,200. Ivacson wasn't done, though. He check-raised to 5,500 and Dimitrov folded his hand to concede the pot.

Robles Check-Raises Flop

Navas Robles open-raised to 500 from under the gun and was called by Matthew Micallef before Luca Maerki three-bet to 1,500 from late position. Robles and Micallef both called.

The flop came 895 and action checked to Maerki, who continued with a bet of 1,100. Robles then check-raised to 4,300 and both of his opponents folded to give him the pot.

Oleg Furman raised to 600 in middle position and Mariusz Golinski three-bet to 2,200 on the button. Eric Afriat then four-bet to 5,200 in the big blind.

Furman five-bet to 10,500 and Golinski six-bet to 15,700. Afriat took a moment before tossing his cards into the muck, while Furman moved all in for 26,000. Golinski snap-called.

"I had ace-king," Afriat admitted as Golinski turned over two aces. Furman was looking for the last king in the deck but couldn't find any miracles on the 83226 board and was sent to the rail.

"Too bad you didn't have kings," Golinski joked with Afriat.

"Give me back my 5,000," Afriat added.

Duta Goes For Value on the River

There was already around 7,000 in the pot as Florian Duta and Jose Maria Villen went heads-up to a flop of 96J. Villen then bet 2,500 from the hijack and Duta called in middle position.

Both players checked the 2 turn. Duta then led out for 1,400 on the 8 river and Villen tanked for a minute before calling.

Duta turned over QQ and Villen mucked.

Amirault Fires at Zimbru

With around 5,500 in the pot on a board of 957K, Thierry Amirault bet 2,500 from under the gun and Daniel Zimbru called in the hijack.

The river was the 4 and Amirault quickly fired out 6,000. Zimbru spent several minutes shuffling the chips to call in his hand, but eventually decided to surrender the pot.

Leonidas Kostagiolas reentered after busting during the first level and took his new seat at this table.

Boatman Raises Flop

Maria Konnikova open-raised from early position and was called by Masato Yokosawa in middle position and Barny Boatman on the button. Selim Amghar then three-bet to 1,300 from the big blind, which prompted Konnikova to let her hand go. Yokosawa and Boatman both flicked in a chip to call.

The flop came 695 and Amghar continued for 1,000. Yokosawa called, then Boatman raised it up to 7,000, leaving himself just 7,000 behind. Amghar asked Boatman to lift his arm to see his stack, then decided to fold. Yokosawa also folded and Boatman scooped in the pot to bring himself back close to starting stack.

Shumeiko bet another 4,600 on the A turn and Sgorrano again called. The river was the 8 and Shumeiko bet 13,800.

Sgorrano snap-called and Shumeiko turned over A7 for two pair. Sgorrano mucked and Shumeiko took down the big pot.
