Song on Fumes After Failed Bluff Against Cazes

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Antonin Teisseire bet 1,900 from under the gun on a flop of 1092 and was called by Stephen Song in the small blind, as well as Christophe Cazes in the big blind.

All three players checked the 6 turn. Song then led out for 8,000 on the 9 river, and only Cazes called.

"You win," Song said as he showed KQ. Cazes turned over 94 for trips to win the pot.

Kwan Shoves in Four-Bet Pot

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Manuel Carvalho open-raised to 800 in the hijack. Chun Kit Kwan responded with a three-bet to 3,000 in the cutoff, which Carvalho reraised to 9,000 once it had folded back to him.

Kwan called to the A43 flop, where Carvalho continued for 4,200. Kwan called again, and did so too when Carvalho bet 4,500 on the 4 turn.

Carvalho slowed down on the 10 river, checking it over to his opponent. Kwan assembled his 22,800 remaining chips and shoved them in the middle, forcing a snap-fold from Carvalho to win the pot uncontested.

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Julien Sitbon had open-raised in early position when Timothe Labassa three-bet to 2,800 in the hijack. The action folded back to Sitbon, who obliged with a call.

Sitbon check-called Labassa's continuation-bet of 2.400 on the 2106 flop, but he gave up on the hand when Labassa sized up to 8,600 on the 9 turn.

Skarparis Runs Into Aces, Osti Shows Him the One Hand He Doesn't Want to See

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Mercedes Osti raised to 2,100 under the gun and Georgios Skarparis moved all in for 13,200 in the hijack. Ali Abdulzahra called in the cutoff, while Osti flung 88 into the muck.

Georgios Skarparis: 88 All in
Ali Abdulzahra: AA

"No! I don't want to see that," Skarparis said to Osti as he also showed two eights. He was drawing thin against Abdulzahra's aces as the flop came 964. "That's okay," Skarparis said, and the 10 turn gave him outs to a straight.

"That's better," he added, but he missed the 3 river and was sent to the rail.

At the same table, Endrit Geci has built up a stack of around 150,000.

Zaks Hero-Calls to Six Figures

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Kostya Zaks
Kostya Zaks

A completed board of A39QQ was between Kostya Zaks in the small blind and Mehdy El Fki on the button, along with a pot of around 20,000.

El Fki then tossed in a bet of 15,000, sending Zaks into the tank. After a while, Zaks cut out a call and flicked it in the middle.

El Fki could only show a baby pair with 22, meaning Zaks was awarded the sizable pot with JJ and ascended to a six-figure stack.

Moreau, Livshitz Play a Classic Flip

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Gabi Livshitz was under the gun with a raise of 15,000 in front of him before Edgard Moreau moved all in from early position. "Sorry, guys," Livshitz told his tablemates as he went deep into the tank before eventually calling for his last 35,000.

Gabi Livshitz: AK All in
Edgard Moreau: QQ

Moreau hit top set on the Q34 flop, and Livshitz was already leaving the table as the 2 fell on the turn. He had to be called back as he picked up straight and flush draws, but the A river was no help and Livshitz was sent to the rail.

"I folded jacks," tablemate Marc Uzan said after the hand.

Bai Best in Four-Way Three-Bet Pot

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Min Ji raised to 800 under the gun. Lianmin Bai then three-bet to 2,400 in the hijack, which Tan Le in the cutoff and Juho Haapiainen in the big blind both cold-called.

"What the fuck is going on?" Ji wondered out loud before he laughed and called as well.

The 2JK flop was checked to Bai, who continued with a bet of 2,200. Le and Haapiainen both folded, but Ji stuck around with a call.

Ji check-called again when Bai sized up to 6,500 on the 8 turn, after which the 3 river was checked to showdown.

Ji showed a missed flush draw with A5, leaving Bai to take the pot with K6 for top pair.

Coppola Devastates Paszkiewicz on a Cooler Flop

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

With around 15,000 in the pot on a board of 2QK3, Nicolaus Paszkiewicz bet 5,000 from the big blind before Enrico Coppola moved all in for 21,700 from early position.

Paszkiewicz leaned back in his seat and let out a big sigh as he went into the tank. He took more than a minute before calling, and Coppola turned over KQ for top two pair. Paszkiewicz could only show AK, and he was left handing over most of his stack after the J completed the board on the river.
