"Ace high," Courtney declared and Mantzios tabled the A♠J♦ for the winner, as Mantzios exposed his A♣ for the nut flush blocker.

The cards were already on their backs and Merwan Corront instantly headed to the cashier to purchase a re-entry as he had just been eliminated by Alexi Aledandrou. On a board of J♦10♥8♦A♦9♥, the A♠7♠ of the French player for the bottom end of the straight were no good as Alexandrou had the Q♦8♣ for the queen-high straight when Corront got it in for 26,000.

With around 20,000 in the middle to the 10♣5♦3♠A♥2♥ river, Nic Ioannoy pushed all-in for 44,200. Keegan Pillay one seat over on the other side of the table went into the tank and asked for an exact count. One time bank later, he folded and asked Ioannoy to show.
Ioannoy granted the request and first flashed the 2♦ followed by the 4♦. Pillay grinned "I am such a pussy" and exposed his K♥K♦ for a pair of kings.

Three ways to the K♠Q♣J♥J♠ turn, the small blind led for 2,100 and Moon Khan called, David Ng opted to fold. The small blind checked the 6♥ river and Khan bet 3,000 to earn a reluctant call.
Khan's K♥10♦ had to settle for a chop versus K♦6♣ but he is up for the day thus far.
