The mass exodus of hopefuls after the bursting of the bubble continues and the following players all collected $15,000 for their efforts.
Bubble play delayed the tournament by roughly one hour, and the 1,197 players that still remain will now take their first 20-minute break.
Below are some highlights of the first three bubble-bursting hours of Day 4 of the 2023 WSOP Main Event.
The board of Q♦10♠3♦7♠2♦ was already dealt with a pot containing around 300,000. Yaroslav Ohulchanskyi checked to Michael Jozoff who shoved for 298,000, putting Ohulchanskyi into a tough decision.
After a few minutes of thinking, Ohulchanskyi eventually called with J♣J♦. Jozoff reluctantly showed A♣K♦ for ace-high and made his way to the exit while Ohulchanskyi grabbed the big pot.

Huy Nguyen made it 17,000 to go with the K♥K♦ and Stefan Lehner three-bet to 65,000 with the A♦Q♠ out of the small blind. It folded back to Nguyen and he four-bet to 175,000.
Lehner gave it some thought and folded before heading into the first break of the day.
Amanda Botfeld and her dad David Botfeld, who made the final table of the 2021 WSOP tag team event together, have both made the money in the 2023 WSOP Main Event.

Chad Brewer shoved all in for his last 50,000 from early position and Allen Shen reshoved all in for 157,000 in the cutoff. Paul Cross woke up with a hand in the big blind and called to put both players at risk.
Chad Brewer: 9♥9♦
Allen Shen: 10♣10♦
Paul Cross: J♠J♥
All three players picked up a pocket pair but it was Cross who was well out front. However, the 10♥6♠4♦ flop put Shen in the lead with a set of tens. The 6♦ and 4♣ runout changed nothing and Shen more than doubled up while Brewer was eliminated.
Kyriakos Papadopoulos shoved all-in under the gun for his last 22,000 and the player on his left called before Kevin Zhang shoved 88,000 in the big blind. The third player in the hand made the call and all three hands were exposed.
Kyriakos Papadopoulos: Q♥9♦
Kevin Zhang: A♦A♣
Middle position: A♥Q♦
Zhang woke up with aces in the big blind and the board ran out K♠10♠5♠5♠8♥, to eliminate Papadopoulos and double through the player in the middle.
In middle position, Daniel Jones moved all in for his remaining 52,000 chips. Jonathan Therme, seated in the hijack, decided to call, and he was the only player to do so.
Daniel Jones: K♠2♠
Jonathan Therme: Q♣Q♠
Jones still had hope after the flop 8♥A♠8♠ as he had could still hit a king or a flush. And It was the king that appeared first on the turn K♣. The river 6♣ didn't change anything, and Jones doubled up.
The hijack raised to 16,000, Matthew Suttles called in the cutoff, the button three-bet to 55,000, the small blind cold-called and Roland Shen in the big blind moved all in for his last 56,000.
The hijack folded, Shen called the extra 40,000 and both the button and small blind put in 1,000 more to call.
With action on the side, it was four ways to the flop as it came J♠6♠4♥. The small blind checked and Shen bet out for 120,000. All remaining players folded and the hand went to a showdown with Suttles at risk.
Matthew Suttles: 6♣2♣
Roland Shen: 4♣4♦
The turn and river came the 5♠ and K♦ respectively. Shen's set of fours held and Suttles was sent to the rail.
