Mulders Jams on Stafman

Tyler Stafman raised it up on the button and Daan Mulders reraised to 72,000 out of the big blind. Stafman called and they went heads up to a flop of 884. Mulders led out with a bet of 45,000 and Stafman raised to 115,000, which Mulders called.

The turn brought the 8 and both players checked to see the 5 on the river. Mulders thought for over a minute before jamming all in for 466,000. Stafman leaned back in his chair in disbelief and thought for a minute before dumping his cards into the muck.

Jia Jun raised in the cutoff before Timothy Lin three-bet jammed in the big blind. Jun snap-called his remaining stack of about 140,000 and both hands were tabled.

The dealer spread a flop of A43, giving Lin a flush on the flop. Jun wasn't drawing dead though as he still had the nut flush draw, but the 8 turn and 10 river were no help before he went to collect his minimum payout.

Bagosy Cracks Queens To Score Big Double Up

The action was relayed to PokerNews after the fact. John Bagosy moved all in from under the gun for 241,000 and a player in early position moved all in over the top for close to 600,000. The rest of the table folded and the cards were on their backs.

Bagosy was in need of help to stay alive, and when the flop came AJ3, Bagosy hit the ace he was looking for to take the lead. The turn fell the 7 and river the 8 to improve Bagosy to a flush and score the double-up off his opponent.

Quattlebaum Takes From Bonacci

Frank Bonacci raised to 18,000 on the button with the 109 and John Quattlebaum three-bet to 48,000 in the small blind with A4. Bonacci called and they headed to the AA9 flop. Quattlebaum continued for 35,000 to earn a call and checked the 5 turn, Bonacci checked back.

The Q followed on the river and Quattlebaum bet 60,000 into 182,000. Bonacci gave it some thought and folded.

Emperador Finds Kings In The Big Blind
