Broyles had top pair with kings, but Rosenthal had an ace-high flush draw and a gutshot draw to a Broadway straight.
The dealer turned the A♣, giving Rosenthal the top pair. But players at the table pointed out that the dealer had already burned a card, so that ace wasn't the right card.
The dealer retrieved what was believed to be the proper turn card and it was the J♦,making Rosenthal's flush.

George Tomescu raised to 1,600 from under the gun. Kazuhiko Yotsushika three-bet next to act to 3,500, Ryan Leng then four-bet to 8,300 from late position. Tomescu folded, and Yotsushika raised to 33,500. Leng responded by going all in, Yotsushika called and was at risk.
