Terebelo Fires Three Barrels

Abdelhakim Zoufri opened with a raise to 1,000 from the hijack before Joshua Terebelo raised to 3,500 from the button. Zoufri came along with a call as they went to a flop heads-up.

Zoufri check called the Q57 flop after Terebelo fired 2,000.

The 5 turn was checked by Zoufri before Terebelo fired 10,000. Zoufri was undeterred by the larger bet and called.

Zoufri deferred to Terebelo again on the K river. Terebelo loaded up and fired 15,000. Zoufri did not think long before he folded.

Rozier Shoos Them Away on Turn

Drake Kemper opened under the gun for 1,000 and was called in two spots by Jeffery Rozier in the next seat over, and Yoshitaka Okawa from the small blind.

All three players checked through on the 784 flop.

Kemper checked again on the 6 turn before Rozier bet 4,100. Okawa and Kemper both folded, which awarded Rozier the small pot.

Rania Nasreddine raised to 1,000 from middle position and was called by Martin Kabrhel in the big blind.

The flop came K3Q. Kabrhel checked, Nasreddine bet 1,100, and Kabrhel called. Kabrhel joked, "PokerNews, don't write this hand down, it is so embarrassment for the lady," before the 10 hit the turn. Kabrhel checked again, and this time Nasreddine bet 5,000, enough to get Kabrhel to toss his cards into the muck.

Seidel Takes Pot

Erik Seidel, playing from the big blind, bet 14,000 into a pot with just under 30,000 chips with the board reading: 9K728.

Reiji Kono gave it some thought before tossing in the call.

Seidel tabled KK to win the hand with a set of kings.

The flop came A47, Lopez check-called a 700 bet from Liu.

Action checked through on the 2 turn and J river. Guillermo Lopez tabled 97, which was good for the win.

Just one "Not like that!" into play, at the midway point of the second level, the floor issued a warning to Martin Kabrhel that he will face a penalty for “public disturbance,” if his behavior continues.

“I can hear you way over there,” the tournament director said.

Players at Kabrhel’s table said they were not bothered. Kabrhel suggested they tell the floor.

One went to talk to the tournament director on the side to say the table had no complaints.
