Mid-Pair Good Enough for Wang

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

On a pot of around 30,000 and a J94 flop, Kamel Mokhammad, under the gun, passed the action to Yong Wang, who fired 13,000.

Both players checked the 2 turn. After another check on the river 7, Wang took a few seconds to think about his next move, looking at his chips before choosing to check the river as well.

Mokhammad showed Q10 for a busted straight draw. Wang flipped over Q9 looking quite happy with his mid-pair.
