Jeremiah Keeney opened under the gun to 225,000. Griffin Mason, in the hijack, then put in a three-bet to 700,000, which was called by Keeney.
The 4♦6♦6♥ flop was dealt, and Keeney checked over to his opponent. Mason carried on with a bet of 1,000,000, and Keeney quickly folded.
"Oh, thank God," he said, adding, "I had no idea what to do there." He windmilled A♠Q♠8♣5♣ for ace-high. "We had similar hands," said Keeney.
Sameer Batra raised to 80,000 in middle position. Jarred Solomon called from the button, and Thomas Winschel raised to 400,000 in the big blind.
Batra folded, while Solomon made the call.
When the flop hit 4♦Q♣9♠, Solomon checked, and Winschel bet enough to put Solomon all in if he called, which he did for his last 885,000.

Solomon flopped a set of queens, and after the 3♠ hit on the turn, the 9♥ on the river gave him a full house.
Adrian Gallardo made it 170,000 to play from the hijack and was looked up by Ryutaro Suzuki in the big blind.
The action went check check on the 9♠2♣K♦ flop for the dealer to peel off the 9♣ as the turn.
Suzuki checked to Gallardo, who fired out a delayed continuation-bet of 125,000. Suzuki made the call.
On the Q♠ river, Gallardo fired out again for 520,000, which sent Suzuki into the tank for a short while before he released his hand, sending the pot to Gallardo with no need for a showdown.

On the 3♥8♣5♦ flop, Radoja checked to Floyd, who bet out for pot again at 1,380,000. Radoja tanked for a while before he released his hand to send the pot to Floyd uncontested.
Matthew McEwan raised to 210,000 under the gun. Sergio Giha bumped it to 625,000 from middle position.
Timo Trems called from the small blind for all of his 450,000-chip stack. Robert Scherer called from the big blind, as did McEwan, the original raiser.
The flop hit J♦10♣K♦. Robert Scherer moved all in, Matthew McEwan called for less, and Sergio Giha got out of the hand.

Trems had a flush draw, McEwan had a gutshot straight draw, and Scherer had top pair and a straight draw.
The 2♠ turn meant nothing, but the 4♦ on the river delivered the diamonds and a huge bump-up for Trems. Scherer took down the side pot and the bounty for knocking out McEwan.
