Schlegel was hoping to hold to get a second shot in the main event, and the low 855 flop kept him ahead. There was no real sweat as the 2 was turned and the 6 river saw to Schlegel's double up. He got a near triple up in chips after also collecting the blinds.

Ito Collects Kandyba's Last Chips

Richards Cuts Lee Down

Hyeungill Lee opened to 1,100 from early position before Cleveland Richards three-bet to 2,300 from the next seat over. Robert Murphy called from the big blind, and Lee also came along to create a three-handed pot.

The 632 flop led to a check from Murphy. Lee took the initiative with a wager of 2,500, but Richards had other plans. Richards opted to re-raise it to 25,000 even. Murphy bowed out with a fold.

Lee gave it some considerable thought before he yielded the pot with a fold to award the pot to Richards.

Benitez Flushes Out Schuler

The J85 flop led to a bet of 1,400 from Schuler. Benitez made the call, but Krackomberger folded.

The A turn led to a check from Schuler. Benitez wagered 2,500, and Schuler made the call.

Benitez kept up the betting on the K river with a bet of 4,000. Schuler gave it some thought before he put in the call to go to a showdown.

Benitez showed K10 for a turned flush. Schuler did not show as Benitez took it down.

James Pillon jammed for 5,400 from under the gun, and Brian Hunkins called in the hijack. Yongjae Lee then three-bet to 30,000, and after some thought, Hunkins made the call.

With Pillon already all-in, Hunkins checked the 35J flop, and Lee immediately moved all in for his remaining 39,200. Hunkins went deep into the tank before reluctantly folding.
