Richard Gryko lost a showdown pot to Carlo Van Ravenswoud and Stephen Chidwick then limped in, Van Ravenswoud did so from the small blind and Robert Cowen checked in the big blind. The 8♦8♣2♣ flop was checked to the 4♥ turn. Van Ravenswoud bet 60,000 and Cowen folded while Chidwick called.
That led them to the 6♥ river on which a bet of 185,000 by Van Ravenswoud won the pot uncontested.
Daniel Negreanu raised to 85,000 from the button and Joni Jouhkimainen came along form the big blind.
Jouhkimainen check-called for 90,000 on the A♠7♠3♣ flop before the 6♣ turn and A♦ river checked through to showdown. Jouhkimainen tabled A♣K♦J♣2♣ for trip aces with a king kicker. Negreanu also had an ace, flahsing A♥J♠ before conceding the pot.
On the next deal, Ian Matakis limped in from the button, with Jouhkimainen doing the same from the small blind. Artur Martirosian made it 100,000 from the big blind and Matakis was the only caller.
Martirosian check-called bets of 80,000 and 270,000 on the flop and turn for the final board to read 10♦8♣7♥4♥6♣. Martirosian snap-folded when Matakis jammed for around 500,000.

There was a temporary loss of power in the cluster right on front of the main feature tables and the lights went out. Floor told players to pause after the current hand while the issue was being investigated and after about a minute, the lights went back on.
One hand was still running in which the board showed K♦J♣8♣A♥2♠. Richard Gryko in the small blind bet 225,000 and Jonathan Depa in the big blind then raised to 455,000 while keeping one T-.5,000 chip behind. Gryko verified the bet size with the dealer and then called.
Depa tabled the 10♠10♣9♦7♥ for a missed wrap and Gryko nearly doubled with his A♣A♠Q♥5♠ for the top set.
In the next hand, Stephen Chidwick limped the hijack and Gryko on the button potted to 110,000. Depa was forced all-in for the last chip and Chidwick called. On the 10♠7♦5♦ flop, both checked before the A♦ came on the turn. Chidwick checked again and folded when Gryko bet 100,000.
Jonathan Depa: 6♥6♣4♣3♣
Richard Gryko: A♣K♥K♦3♠
The 9♠ river ended the first entry of Depa, though he may still re-enter until the start of level 13.
While the lights went out during the hand, Daniel Negreanu’s phone flashlight helped illuminate a board of 8♣7♥6♠4♦J♣ with 200,000 already in the pot.
Alex Foxen in the small blind bet 120,000 with 8♠7♦7♠5♦. Philip Sternheimer in the big blind called with A♥9♦6♥5♣ and scooped the pot as the lights came back on.
Carlo Van Ravenswoud defended the big blind and check-called a bet worth 105,000 by button raiser Santhosh Suvarna on the J♣4♦3♦ flop. The 9♠ followed on the turn and the Dutchman moved all-in for 385,000. Suvarna used two time banks and folded.
One hand later, Lautaro Guerra potted to 85,000 from under the gun. Suvarna three-bet the pot to 290,000 and Guerra folded.

Drepa then check-folded to a bet of 160,000 on the 6♥ turn.
Philip Sternheimer limped in from the small blind and Daniel Negreanu checked his option in the big blind.
The J♣8♦5♠ flop checked through to the K♠ turn. Sternheimer bet 50,000 and Negreanu called.
