Cheng Zhao raised to 80,000 in early position before Christian Schneider three-bet to 200,000 in the hijack. Marco Bognanni then moved all in for 640,000 in the small blind, Zhao folded, while Schneider called to put him at risk.

Karim Ramps Up the Aggression; Filipovskyi Out

Georgios Tsouloftas opened to 80,000 from the hijack and Michel Karim three-bet the small blind to 220,000. When the action got back to Tsouloftas, he called.

Both saw the J38 flop fall and Karim kept up the aggression with a bet of 225,000, which Tsouloftas called tot he 5 turn. Karim again gathered chips and put 330,000, which eventually forced a fold from Tsouloftas after he spent some time thinking.

On another table, Maksym Filipovskyi had his last few big blinds at risk and couldn't survive.

Chorianopoulos Finds an Ace Against Vrancsik

Zoltan Vrancsik raised to 80,000 under the gun, Ioannis Chorianopoulos moved all in for 385,000 on the button, and Vrancsik called.

Spoddig's One Time Will Have to Wait Until Next Time

Giovanni Giudice raised to 80,000 in the cutoff, Carlos Spoddig moved all in for 575,000 on the button, and Giudice called.

The 6Q2 flop kept Giudice in the lead with his fives, while the turn was the J. "One time," Spoddig pleaded, but he got no help on the 2 river and was sent to the rail.

"He already hit his one time," tablemate Stanislav Koleno said after Spoddig left, alluding to his fortunate double up near the money bubble earlier.

Pazma Doesn't Fire the River

Zdenek Zizka limped in from the small blind and Lukas Pazma made it 130,000 in the big blind. Zizka called.

Both saw the flop of K55, where Zizka check-called a bet of 50,000 from Pazma to the 10 turn. Again Zizka checked, and again he called a bet when Pazma fired 200,000.

A 2 filled out the board and Zizka checked for a third time. Pazma took a little bit longer with his decision this time and eventually decided to check, then mucked when he saw the ace-high of Zizka, who tabled A4.

Wojciechowski Rivers the Nuts

Pawel Wojciechowski limped in from the small blind, Cheng Zhao raised to 90,000 in the big blind, and Wojciechowski called.

The flop came 642 and Zhao continued for 55,000. Wojciechowski called and they both checked the Q turn.

The 8 fell on the river and Wojciechowski led out for 280,000. Zhao called with KQ for top pair, but Wojciechowski had rivered a straight holding 75 to win the pot.

Knebel Stuns Kesidis on the River

Paul Knebel in the small blind and Ratmir Kesidis in the cutoff got all their chips in the middle preflop, Kesidis having Knebel's remaining 820,000 covered as he went for the knockout.

Kesidis had Knebel dominated and was poised to collect another big pot as the board came 3692, but Knebel spiked the J on the river.

"No!" Kesidis shouted out, slamming the table in frustration before handing over the double up.

Two short stacks just themselves at risk, with totally different outcomes.

First, Georgios Tsouloftas opened the hijack and then called the shove of Michele Tocci, who moved all in from the big blind for around 200,000.
